WHAT IS A PACKET?
A packet contains a dragonfly card with the dragonfly story printed on the inside and a keychain. There are currently 6 card designs.
HOW CAN I GET A PACKET/card?
To get a packet sent to you, please go to our website store and order one (or more). There are different card designs to choose from. All come with “The Dragonfly Story” printed inside, and also with a dragonfly keychain.. You can then sign and send the card on to whomever you wish. The cards in our store have room for you to insert your own message.
HOW CAN I ARRANGE TO HAVE A PACKET SENT TO SOMEONE?
The Dragonfly Project does not send cards to people for you. Please order a card and have it shipped to you. You can then write a personal message and mail or deliver it.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER? It may take 1 to 2 weeks to get your order but most orders are mailed within a few days. Our store is managed/orders are mailed by volunteers, and they do their best to get things sent ASAP.
HOW DO I MAIL A CARD WITH A KEYCHAIN?
Mailing a card with a keychain takes extra postage. It is best to use a ‘nonmachinable’ stamp. This keeps the keychain from breaking. Try to have the keychain lay as flat as possible.
